Meditation is a wonderful practice, full of proven health benefits. It is good for our emotional well-being and performance. Meditating reduces stress, helps us deal with anxiety, boosts positive moods, and gives us better sleep. It decreases the risk of several heart and brain diseases, helps with pain management and strengthens self-esteem.
Yes, meditation can help you relax, calm down, and get more clarity and contentment.
Have you tried meditation, hoping to experience some of the many proven benefits, but gave up? You may be thinking that “meditation is not for me” or “I’m not good at it”. Or maybe your are a practitioner experiencing some of the benefits of meditation but not as many or intensely as you’d hope for. The question is how to meditate properly to feel these benefits flourishing.
This class has been the lift off point for hundreds of people to step into a regular meditation practice. It is designed to teach you the basics and provide you with all you need to get started or recommitted to your practice. The class also continues to evolve over the years so if you have taken it in the past and want a refresher please join us.
