Over the past 25 years of teaching yoga, I can’t tell you how many men I have talked to that have said, “I really need to be doing yoga but I am just too stiff.
Well, I hate to say it but the reality is if you aren’t doing something to improve it, it won’t get better. That is like saying, “I am not strong so I can’t lift weights” .. but we know that it is the lifting of weights that will actually make us stronger.
I get it! It can be intimidating to think of stepping into a yoga studio where there are predominately women, who are like Gumby and you think., “There is no way in H__ _- that I am going to be able to do yoga. “
But now there is Tin Man Yoga. – a place to start!! You don’t have to rust… you can move and stretch and regain a more youthful feeling in your body. Tin Man Yoga is specifically tailored for men and focuses on strength, balance, and flexibility
