Enjoy this 75 min class with Marsha.
A steady ALL Levels practice with focus on proper alignment and holding of poses to engage, building strength, stamina, flexibility and balance as well as improving concentration and breath control. This mixed level class welcomes the newer student and teaches the foundational poses and alignment. No prior experience is needed for this class. Enhances strength, flexibility, and balance. All students abilities are honored and modifications are given when needed. This is an ideal class for beginners to start in. Marsha loves teaching the brand new yogi’s. You can determine your own speed limit in this class.
