Enjoy this 75 min class with Lisa. This is a mixed level class that welcomes the newer student and teaches the foundational poses and alignment. No prior experience is needed for this class. Enhances strength, flexibility, and balance. All students abilities are honored and modifications are given when needed. Expect to move with your breath as you explore each posture. Lisa will guide you with her expertise and encourage mindful movement, attention to breath and self awareness. Leave with a sense of calm BLISS.
