Awaken the body and spirit in this JOYFUL morning class. You will enjoy a steady, mindful practice that will give you a heightened sense of awareness and wellbeing to begin your day. This is a mixed level class that welcomes the newer student and teaches the foundational poses and alignment. No prior experience is needed for this class. Enhances strength, flexibility, and balance. All students abilities are honored and modifications are given when needed. All are welcome in this class. You may have a shoulder, hip or knee limitation, come anyway. You may be feeling extra stressed, come anyway. We promise you will feel better by the end of class.
