Start your week off right with this 90 min, level 2-3 class with Marsha.
Introduction to intermediate poses in this class helps to build on the strength and flexibility one cultivated in Level 1-2. Discover new and different ways to advance your practice. As always, modifications are welcome. At least one year prior yoga experience required. What is needed most for this class is an open mind and a “willing to try things” attitude.
Since this class is longer in length we have the added bonus of time for breath and meditation. You will enjoy Marsha’s playful, supportive and inspiring teaching style.
