Enjoy this 75 min class with Lisa. This is a mixed level class that cultivates strength, flexibility, and balance. All students abilities are honored and modifications are given when needed. Expect to move with your breath as you explore each posture. Lisa will guide you with her expertise and encourage mindful movement, attention to breath and self awareness. Leave with a sense of calm BLISS.
Introduction to intermediate poses in this class helps to build on the strength and flexibility one cultivated in Level 1-2. At least one year prior yoga experience required.
