I wanted to share my favorite “healthy” cookie recipe. WARNING… you will not be able to eat just one…or even stop at two.
They are gluten and dairy free.
Awesome Almond Bliss Cookies
2 1/2 cups Almond flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup ground flax (optional)
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup honey or agave
1 T vanilla
1/2 cup dark choc. chips
add all ingredients and put batter in refrigerator till firm.
Bake on parchment paper at 350 degrees for 7-10 min
I like to keep them in the freezer.
